Helping people get on the right track is at the core of what I do as a financial planner. By applying my love for problem-solving, I help my clients create a strategy that works for their unique circumstances and aligns with their life goals. The most rewarding part of my job is when an individual gains peace of mind and confidence in their current and future financial situation.
I discovered my love for finance after taking a personal finance class in college at Utah State University. I read through the entire textbook before the class had actually started and organized a small group of friends to regularly meet and discuss different financial topics. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, I went on to do research and development as an engineer at Bridgestone.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my wife and our two kids, traveling, watching the NBA, and perfecting my Tiger Woods fist pump while attempting to golf. I also enjoy volunteering with various youth programs, covering topics like personal responsibility, outdoor adventures, and financial literacy.
